Pivotal Finance is not built like a traditional accounting firm. We started in 2016 with the primary objective of helping small and medium-sized businesses be more successful. In order to help to our clients achieve their personal and business objectives, we offer services that are advisory in nature and are customized to fit the needs of each client. Our dynamic team of former CFOs, controllers and public accountants provide outsourced accounting and finance solutions on a fractional basis – delivering the services our clients need, when they need them, without the costs of a full-time staff.

Pivotal Finance’s outsourced solutions include serving as a company’s CFO on a fractional basis and working with special situations such as mergers & acquisitions, a liquidity crisis, or a financial restructuring. In a few short years, we have built a strong team of back office professionals to also handle any outsourced accounting, finance, treasury, or tax needs businesses may have. All these offerings allow our clients to focus on doing what they do well. We strategically do not offer any assurance services.

Our approach to helping clients run more successful businesses requires analyzing past performance and applying the learnings to what lies ahead. To maintain this approach, we utilize the latest technological resources with a focus on cloud-based platforms to provide real-time accessible information to our clients.
